By purchasing this day pass I/We fully understand that there is a risk involved when using the facilities and equipment provided by the company.  I/We accept full responsibility for the use of any and all apparatus, facility privilege, or service whatsoever, owned and operated by this company at my own risk. I/We shall hold the company harmless including its directors, employees, representatives, and agents against any and all loss, claim, injury, damage, or liability obtained or incurred by I/us.
